Cannot see a business

Sign in with the exact email the business owner added in Team & Access. Creating an account alone does not reveal any business.

App looks outdated

Completely close Brakevia and reopen it. Installed phone and desktop versions check for the newest release when they start.

Saving needs attention

Stop editing if the header shows a lost connection or newer changes. Reconnect, reopen the app, and confirm “Saved online” before continuing.

Back up or recover a business

The owner can open Settings → Backup to download a complete Brakevia backup or restore one into the currently selected business. Restoring never changes another business.

Email or customer payment options are unavailable

Open Settings → Full Launch Center. Brakevia will show whether the secure email and the business’s outside payment option are ready and what remains.

Account support

During beta testing, contact the owner of the business that invited you. The final Brakevia support address will be published after its sending domain is connected.
