This policy explains what Brakevia handles, why it is needed, and the control each business keeps over its own information.
What this policy covers
Brakevia is a business-management tool for customers, leads, jobs, estimates, invoices, schedules, tasks, messages, expenses, and business settings. This policy applies to the Brakevia website, app, and related support pages.
Information you provide
A business may enter contact details, addresses, job information, estimates, invoices, notes, appointments, messages, photos, expenses, and team access details. Account holders also provide an email address used to sign in and manage their workspace.
How Brakevia uses information
Brakevia uses this information only to provide the workspace, save and display records, send customer messages when a business chooses to connect email, maintain security, and improve the service. We do not sell business or customer information.
Who can see business records
Each workspace is separate. Records are available only to the account holder and team members the business owner has authorized for that workspace. A user cannot use Brakevia to view another business’s records.
Payments and third parties
Brakevia does not process or store customer card numbers. A business may share an outside payment link or send a request through its own provider. That provider’s privacy policy, security practices, and fees apply to its checkout.
Storage, security, and retention
Brakevia uses encrypted connections and protected storage for business records. No system can promise absolute security, so business owners should protect sign-in details and keep a current backup of important records. Records remain available while an account is active, subject to lawful retention needs.
Your choices
Business owners can update records in the app, manage team access, and download a business backup from Settings. To request account deletion or ask a privacy question, use the Support page; support contact details will be added before broad public availability.
Children
Brakevia is a business tool and is not intended for children under 13.
Changes and questions
We may update this policy as Brakevia changes. If a material change affects how information is handled, we will update this page and change its effective date.
